2016 Estate Single Vineyard Chardonnay
The 2016 Chardonnay is complex, multi layered with flinty and “match stick” wrapped in vanilla and butterscotch aromas created by the barrel ferment, with it’s 30% new toasty French oak. The rich fruit gives a linear lingering mouth feel of citrus, honeysuckle and fine tannins. The wine is very approachable now, but will benefit from a couple more years of cellaring.
