2016 Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 6pack

This is a truly beautiful wine, cellared for 6 years, the colour is a deep ruby with a hint of mahogany red, the perfume, think roses and red plums, the palate is soft, long and intense, as you would expect from the Single Vineyard label.  There is a savoury characteristic, from the terroir and to which perhaps the wild yeast also contributes and adds to the wines overall elegance and freshness.  The lingering flavours persist long after the first mouthful.
