This classic single vineyard Cabernet Shiraz is grown on a steep northerly slope of the estate, which produces a complex, rich and enticing wine, offering aromas of bright red berries and spices. With a soft and intense palate and a long finish, its 12 months in French oak has ensured the tannins are well integrated.
