To my dismay many restaurants in Melbourne and Sydney don’t offer bread any longer. Looks like we are moving away from the traditional piece of bread with our meal. I guess they want us to eat their food, not gorge on free or cheap bread. To me finishing a good dish by dipping a piece of bread in the delicious reduction sauce is as much part of the meal as starting with the first bite.

What are we suppose to do? Of course, use are index and swipe the plate, or simply take the plate to are mouth a lick it, like a happy two year old… with a big smile on are face.
